Copal-xocotl Tree, Mexico Photography Print

This Copal-xocotl Tree Photograph was taken High on the Pyramid that shadows Cholula Mexico, a Catholic church atop. Me and a friend went to see the festivities, bands, parade, the celebration of some saint no doubt, going on at the cathedral. We ate a quesadilla and had an ice cold coke, and hang out next to this tree where a man sits overlooking Cholula. The tree is one used by Aztecs for medicinal or spiritual purposes, most likely for the protection of travelers. Therefore I love it.
