This Oliver Twist photo was taken during the Rochester Dickens Fest in Rochester, England. The festival featured amazing costumes and actors who performed short scenes at random times as you walked up and down High Street. We came upon the festival by accident, which made it even better. My favorite scene was Little Oliver and his pal getting caught by a gentleman.
