I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations on Prints 16x20 and Smaller:
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery for exchanges Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase.
I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations on Tapestries: If the issue is an error in sewing or printing they can be returned or replaced.
I do not accept exchanges on custom items

The following items can't be returned or exchanged - Because of the nature of these items or their size - unless they arrive damaged or defective. Everything is insured up to the value of the print or decor. I can't accept returns for:
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value or the item may be rejected (smoke smell, pet hair, dents or bends in photos, holes in fabric etc).
