Colorado Treeline, Winter Scene Photography Print

This Treeline Sky Photograph was taken near the end of a hike we did mid-winter in the Colorado Rockies. We hiked up an old mining road at Hoosier Pass to well above 12K feet. We wore ski goggles, ski pants, layers of coats, thick boots, and endless accessories to stay warm enough. Several times it felt like the wind was going to blow us off the trail, and eventually my video camera and SLR got too cold to even work anymore. It was awesome.
