The shore of a glacial lake in western Montana as seen from our campsite. Across the lake, a waterfall hundreds of feet tall running down from a glacier.

After a very long hike into the wilderness, we arrived at Granite Lake and wanted nothing more than to stare at this scene as long as possible. Our first full day of camping proved windy and cold, but the following morning we enjoyed bright skies and sun before our long hike back. Shot on a vintage Brownie Bullet camera on 127 film. Grainy and moody Montana scene.
