Returns and Exchanges

Returns are allowed within 45 days of purchase - product must be undamaged. I offer returns or exchanges. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

*I do not accept exchanges on custom items with custom text or images from the customer's library. 

Returns: Please contact me if you have any problems with your order before returning it, whenever possible. Everything is insured for the value of the print or decor, and sometimes that is the best option. Other times, if the item is very defective or damaged, there is no need to return it.

Free returns:
Lost Kat pays the return shipping costs; the buyer must download and print the label. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value or the item may be rejected (smoke smell, pet hair, dents or bends in photos, holes in fabric etc).
